Melt-in-your-mouth gluten free chocolate chip cookiesNeed I say more?

Prep time: 5 minutes

Bake time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

4 tbsp coconut oil (liquified)

4 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together.  Form into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.  I have made these bite size and more scone like, its up to you! Bake for 15- 20 minutes, depending on size of cookies.  Ready when browned.  Allow to cool for 10 minutes if you can!  Cookies continue to harden when cooling.  Makes 16 medium size cookies.
